Backup & reporting
Export your records regularly. JSON backup preserves records for importing later; CSV provides a contract and payment summary for spreadsheets. No tax forms are filed automatically.
This prototype uses unencrypted browser storage. Do not enter SSNs, taxpayer identification numbers, banking details or other sensitive records. W-9 and 1099 eligibility must be reviewed separately; insurance status is a reminder, not proof of coverage.
Bookkeeping
Planned ledger categories: customer invoices, customer payments, materials, equipment, fuel, insurance, payroll, subcontractors, owner distributions and tax liabilities.
Persistent transactions and bank reconciliation will be implemented with authenticated database storage.
